For us, small chili manufacturers, this is Sales a nightmare; our costs are of course higher than industrially manufactured products (regional products, small amounts of raw materials and bottles when shopping, no exploitation – only self-exploitation). But the margins can not be much lower than those of the industry … That’s why we started “The Chili Mafia”, a kind of “cooperation” where we enter Organize direct sales, where high-quality products are selected, where the money ends up at the manufacturer. It is not a “get to know” box, we can not give products or offer very cheap
