“Made in Spain” by a small manufacture from Granada, this sauce has some “capsaicin extract”, which we don’t always like, but Sierra Nevada grows the chillies themselves, and we know exactly how they work. The extract comes into play in this sauce not as a “cheap spicy” but as a “get lost, this is even spicier you pansy”. For those who want to push his limit a bit more.
