The flavor of roasted chilies, combined with the Carolina Reaper and a touch of lemon juice gives a kind of sour-smoky, “extra hot” , flavor.

Our tip: Use the “Drop-A-Drop” technique. Drizzle 2-3 drops of the chili sauce on your dish and season if you want more heat. This way your food will never be too spicy. If you don’t eat very spicy food on a regular basis, slowly feel your way up to that Heat Level by using the drop a drop technique. If it is still too spicy, soothe the spiciness with fatty foods or drinks, such as milk or cottage cheese.
